Qualification
For SSC (Tech) Men and Women:
- Must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering stream.
- Final-year students are eligible, provided they submit proof of passing by October 1, 2025.
For Widows of Defense Personnel:
- Technical Entry: BE/B.Tech in any engineering stream.
- Non-Technical Entry: Graduation in any discipline.
Note: Candidates with backlogs at the time of application submission are not eligible.
Age Criteria
- SSC (Tech) Men and Women: 20 to 27 years (born between October 2, 1998, and October 1, 2005).
- Widows of Defense Personnel: Maximum of 35 years as of October 1, 2025.

Salary
- Training Period: ₹56,100 per month (stipend).
