Qualification

To be eligible for the post of Junior Executive (ATC), a candidate must have one of the following educational qualifications:

• A full-time regular Bachelor’s degree of 3 years in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics
  OR
• A full-time regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline (Physics & Math must be part of any semester curriculum)

Additionally, candidates must have passed English as a subject in either 10th or 12th standard to show proficiency in spoken and written English.

Degrees should be obtained from recognized universities/institutions, and candidates in their final year must have their results by the time of application verification.

Age Criteria

• Maximum age limit: 27 years as of 24.05.2025
• Age relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years (as applicable)
  • Ex-servicemen: up to 5 years
  • AAI employees: up to 10 years (subject to conditions)

Selection Process

The selection process includes several stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – No negative marking. Syllabus available on AAI’s website.
2. Voice Test – To assess clarity and quality of speech.
3. Psychoactive Substance Test – For banned substance use.
4. Psychological Assessment
5. Physical/Medical Examination
6. Application Document Verification
7. Background Verification

Only candidates who clear each stage will be considered for final selection.

Salary

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA)
• Approx. CTC: ₹13 Lakhs per annum
