DFCCIL Multi Tasking Staff, Junior Manager and Executive Recruitment 2025 for 642 Post

The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), under the Ministry of Railways, is recruiting for Junior Manager, Executive, and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) positions.

These roles involve contributions to high-capacity and high-speed rail freight corridors.

Qualification

Junior Manager:

• Must have passed the final examination of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants of India.

Executive (Civil, Electrical, and Signal & Telecommunication):

• A three-year Diploma in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized institute.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):

• Matriculation plus an ITI certification in the relevant trade with at least 60% marks, approved by NCVT/SCVT.

Age Criteria

• Junior Manager: 18-30 years
• Executive: 18-30 years
• MTS: 18-33 years

Relaxations are available for reserved categories as per government rules.

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and technical knowledge in the relevant field.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure environments.

Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Tests (CBT):
   • Stage 1: Screening test with 100 multiple-choice questions.
   • Stage 2: Main test with 120 questions based on specific job requirements.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) (For MTS only):
   • Male: Lift and carry 35 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes and run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds.
   • Female: Lift and carry 20 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes and run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds.
3. Document Verification: Verification of eligibility and certificates.
4. Medical Examination: Ensuring candidates meet the prescribed health standards.

Salary

• Junior Manager: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 per month.
• Executive: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 per month.
• MTS: ₹16,000–₹45,000 per month.
