Bank of Baroda is inviting applications for the position of Key Management Personnel (KMP) in the Debt Capital Market (DCM) Desk.

This is a contractual engagement for a fixed term, offering an opportunity to work in one of India’s leading public sector banks.

Qualification

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate degree in Law, Management, CA, CS, or ICWA.

Desirable

• Certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) by passing the Merchant Banking Certification Examination (MBCE).
• Selected candidates must clear the NISM certification within one year of joining.

Work Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in the Debt Capital Market (DCM) Desk.
• Relevant experience includes working with a registered merchant banker or as an advisor in a CA firm.

Age Criteria

• Minimum: 25 years
• Maximum: 45 years

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of SEBI-regulated activities like IPOs, FPOs, and Buy-back offers.
• Effective compliance and reporting skills.
• Expertise in dealing with borrowers, corporates, and NBFCs.
• Proficiency in fund-raising strategies and market analysis.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Based on qualifications, experience, and suitability.
2. Interview: A personal interview or other selection methods will determine the final candidates.
3. Final Merit List: Prepared based on interview performance and other criteria.

Salary

• Indicative compensation is ₹25 lakh per annum, subject to qualifications, experience, and market benchmarks.
• Additional benefits are as per the bank’s policies.
