Qualification
General Eligibility:
- All qualifications should be obtained from recognized universities or institutes.
- Minimum marks required:
- General/OBC/EWS: 60%.
- SC/ST/PwD: 55%.
Discipline-Specific:
- Community Development: Postgraduate in Community Development or Social Work.
- Environment: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental Engineering.
- Finance: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Legal: Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Marketing & Sales: MBA/PG Diploma specializing in Marketing.
- Materials Management: Engineering with an MBA/PG Diploma.
- Personnel & HR: Graduate with HR-focused Postgraduate Degree/Diploma.
- Security: Relevant experience in Industrial Security with Officer Cadre service.
Note: Final-year students are eligible, provided they meet criteria at the time of selection.
Age Criteria
- Upper Age Limit: 30 years (as of September 30, 2024).
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 years.
- SC/ST: +5 years.
- PwD: +10 years (further relaxed by +5 years for SC/ST, +3 years for OBC).

Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Two papers (100 marks each) with questions on:
- General Knowledge/Awareness.
- Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and General English.
- Discipline-specific knowledge.
- Duration: 3 hours.
- No negative marking.
- Two papers (100 marks each) with questions on:
- Merit List: Based on CBT scores.
- Document Verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME): Final steps before appointment.
Salary
- During Training: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade).
- Upon Completion: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3 Grade).
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance, HRA, Performance-Linked Incentives, Medical Coverage, Gratuity, and Pension.
