Qualification

Educational Requirements

• Assistant Manager IT:
  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.
  • OR Postgraduate degree in the same disciplines.
  • Preference: 1-year experience in IT domain in banking or financial institutions.
• Manager IT (Various Disciplines):
  • Same educational requirements as Assistant Manager.
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT domain.
• Senior Manager IT:
  • Same educational requirements as Manager IT.
  • Experience: 6+ years in IT domain.
• Cyber Security Expert:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CEH preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in the cyber security domain.

Age Criteria

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD: Up to 10 years depending on category

Key Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in IT and cyber security.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
