Qualification
Management Trainee (General):
First-class MBA with specialization in Personnel Management, HR, Industrial Relations, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management from a recognized university/institution.
Management Trainee (Technical):
First-class postgraduate degree in Agriculture with Entomology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry; or first-class postgraduate in Biochemistry or Zoology with Entomology. Preference for candidates with a postgraduate diploma in Warehousing or Quality Management.
Accountant:
B.Com/B.A. in Commerce or Chartered Accountants or Cost and Works Accountants with three years’ experience in accounts maintenance and auditing.
Superintendent (General):
Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Junior Technical Assistant:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or in Zoology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
Age Criteria
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: Varies by post (28 to 30 years). Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC, PwBD, and ex-servicemen as per government norms.
